Well, I wrote an entire arti­cle about this mon­th’s Amper­Art piece, #96 Pen­cil & Eraser…but most of it got erased. Wish I’d writ­ten it out in pen­cil — takes a lot more effort to erase graphite than it is to acci­den­tal­ly hit the delete key.

When I get a chance I’ll write it again. I dis­cov­ered some inter­est­ing his­to­ry about the pen­cil & eras­er, includ­ing some quirky habits about its users, which I’d like to share with you.
